THE K CLUB

The K Club is one of the most prestigious Golf Resorts in the world.  Having recently hosted the 2006 Ryder Cup, the resort has received an enormous amount of press coverage and is considered to be one of the most desirable places to stay in Ireland.

Set amongst 700 acres of tranquil County Kildare countryside by the River Liffey, the Residences at the K Club offer the very highest levels of service, comfort and cuisine combined with an outstanding array of lesiure and sporting activities all year round.

THE RESIDENCES

Set only a short walk from the Hotel and alongside the Smurfit Course, the Residences are stunning four bedroom detached homes, finished and furnished to reflect the exacting standards of this 5 star resort.

The living room is spacious and very well appointed, incorporating a home network system for state of the art home entertainment.  It features a plasma screen TV with digital sound, remote controlled hi-fi system throughout the house, CCTV, digital TV, ISDN and internet connection.

The sumptuous dining room is fitted with "Curragh" carpet, mood lighting and an exquisite full size dining table - perfect for entertaining!

The kitchen is fitted with all the appliances you would require during your stay along with an American-style fridge/freezer with filtered ice-making system.  There is also a coffee-maker.

There are four bedrooms in all.  There are three double bedrooms and one single bedroom all on the first floor.  The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with toilet, bath and showers.  Each of the other bedrooms also has an ensuite with a toilet and shower.

The Residences at the K Club display a very high level of workmanship throughout and are located on a private estate which ensures full privacy.  The surrounding grounds are professionally landscaped and are entered using electronially controlled gates.  The Residences are fitted with intruder alarms and an intercom to the main gate for additional security.

ACTIVITIES ONSITE

The K Club has two Arnold Palmer designed 18 hole par 72 Championship Golf Courses.  The Palmer Course and Smurfit Course are considered to be two of Ireland's finest Championship Courses and have been designed to offer completely different experiences and challenges for Golfers of all abilities.  The Palmer Course hosted the 2006 Ryder Cup and the Smurfit Course was host to the Smurfit European Open for a number of years.

THE K SPA

Guests of The Residences have access to the world class K Spa and its 16.5 metre swimming pool with water jet massage, Jacuzzi, luxurious changing facilities with individual saunas and steam rooms, Juice Bar, Zen Room and Outdoor Hot Tub.  The K Spa also has ten therapy suites offering an extensive range of holistic natural treatments.  There is a spacious fully equipped gymnasium with state of the art equipment, a pilates and yoga studio and personal training available.
